One thing that I have noticed this season is that it is not all about the shoe all of a sudden, it is actually all about the campaigns for the shoe and I think that is freakin’ awesome! Take Christian Louboutin’s latest and greatest and honestly – tell me that the ad isn’t completely cool and that you want to buy those shoes now right? Right!

Those shoes are not only some of the coolest looking in the world, but the ad campaign makes them that much more appealing to most people … like me especially. But me? I’m a sucker for anything that is done by incredible Christian Louboutin. This guy is absolutely incredible all over the place and while I do not own any shoes by him right now – I definitely want to!

So raise your hand … what do you think of these ad campaigns? Worth it? Not worth it? Let me know your thoughts for reals!

It has to be said that shoes are not my life – seriously, they aren’t, but I definitely think that these type of shoes, the shoes that seriously have quality and love put in them deserve something and that is exactly what Carolyn Groves does with her latest and greatest collection of shoes.

Take this pair of shoes for example.  The shoes themselves look incredibly stable and the pattern that is hand-painted on them is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful!  I would absolutely flip if I had a pair of those that were like this … wouldn’t you? 

So if you are obsessed with shoes – why not check out Carolyn Groves and seriously take a look at some of the shoes that she is offering?  They are remarkable all over the place and I only say that about the good stuff!

Really …?  Really?  This shoe?  It is the latest and ‘greatest’ by United Nude Möbius and I did not really think that it would look as good on as it does just as a picture.  Recently, I went online, did a search for some unique shoes and this is one of the ones that came up and well, this little shoe is totally unique and completely different.

That is what drew me to it and that is why I ended up purchasing it.  However, what you may not know is the fact that this shoe is actually extremely comfortable and totally hot looking on!

So come on, take a look at this shoe and get it … it combines comfort as well as fashion and that is exactly what is important here right?  Right!

2008 was a fantastic year, but honestly?  The newest styles, the newest footwear that is being developed and released in 2009 is amazing!  Looking for some of the trends that may be coming up in ’09?  Well, we have the scoop!  For instance, many designers are opting for the newest Delta platforms that are constantly hitting the shelves to add to their collections, while many stores are stocking up on the more artsy side of footwear.  Art for your feet is definitely one of the hottest styles for ’09.

Textures, high heels and boots are going to be very, very popular in ’09.  Many shoe designers are coming out with all sorts of new items that feel strange, but look amazing.  Alligator is going to be a huge material in 2009 and if you don’t own a pair of alligator boots now, you might as well pick yourself up one!  Booties will also be just as popular in ’09 as they were in ’08.  The many different styles of booties will hit the shelves in the fall and explode in the winter of ’09.

There you have it!  All of the style that is coming out in ’09!  Look for more trends as the year goes on!
