So Nike and Apple got together, finally, and they have designed not only a shoe, but also a playlist that has been proven to cut your work out time down to about 30 minutes.  These songs are designed to motivate you and honestly, if the shoe comes with a preprogrammed playlist for your iPod, are you going to change it?  The Nike Zoom Jasari+Mix was designed to help the runner get done with their workout faster.

It has been proven that the test runners using this program could run two miles in 30 minutes using the Nike Zoom Jasari’s as well as the mixed playlist.  Now, the playlist includes:
