So to be honest, I did not really think that they needed to have shoes for Yoga, but after doing a lesson of Yoga?  Well folks, I now know why they have Yoga shoes and why they are needed!  Not only does Yoga stretch every part of your body, but you are basically getting right up on your toes and having at least a little toe support definitely helps!
