For years upon years, Nike has been the leading shoe when it came to the Olympics. They sponsor the Olympics, for 2008, they produced over sixty-eight new shoes for the runners, fighters and well, horse riders participating in the Olympics. Equestrians for years upon years have been putting on their boots the same exact way – that is, until Nike revolutionized the way an equestrian puts on their boots.

Nike came up with the IPPEA, which will make the entire process of putting a riding boot on. We all know, that riding boots are a pain in the butt to get on, they are so very long and they have to fit just right to ensure that they do not fall off while riding, so Nike really thought about it and they created the IPPEA with a zipper and an adjustable screw-in spur. The spur can be raised or lowered, all depending on the horses temper and it can be taken out too.

So as you can see, this is a fantastic shoe for all us horse-riders out there and a great option for all the Olympic riders. Way to go Nike!
