I was really beginning to wonder when the gaming companies were going to start coming out with Mario shoes. Not that I would want them or anything – oh, I am so lying, these things are awesome!  Me?  I’m a gamer chick myself, I remember Mario from the very first video game and now to see just how popular he is and just how much of an icon he is?  Well that just rocks my world!

When I came across these though, it was over, I had to blog about them!  Now we all know that most of the time all of these shoes blogs are about fashion-forward shoes and all about how working men and women can get their shoes for cheaper and designers but seriously … sometimes you just need to add in a bit of crazy and pop up a Mario shoe on there once in a while!

So this is my tribute to Mario and his shoes!  You’ve done good old man and you are still coming out with games!  We salute you for being awesome and keeping us entertained!  Now go on people – buy his shoes!
